Senior Counsel

The Philadelphia Office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a Senior Counsel with at least seven years of litigation experience to join the General Liability Litigation practice group. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Experience defending all aspects of personal injury and property damage cases is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced litigation and has experience with all aspects of defending a case, including taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, drafting and arguing motions, and assisting significantly at trial.
