The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience practicing employment law, but candidates with general litigation experience will be considered if they demonstrate a strong and enthusiastic interest in learning employment law.
Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong organization, research, writing and analytical skills. Though we are part of a national practice, a strong commitment to working in Princeton, New Jersey is required. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding; strong teambuilding and team work skills, and a strong work ethic are required. Membership in the bars of New Jersey and New York is preferred.
