Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified junior/mid-level associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience to join our Real Estate Practice in the Philadelphia office.
Our real estate team handles transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity. We advise on ownership, use, and financing issues for clients including developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity and pension funds, institutional lenders, advisers, servicers, and colleges and universities. We handle land assemblage, use, and development; leasing; dispositions; financings (including international investments); workouts; restructurings; and real property tax matters. With more than 50 lawyers and other professionals in 13 offices, we serve clients in the real estate industry as well as those whose business models use real estate as a strategic asset. We collaborate with other practices within the firm to provide coordinated and efficient service, whatever the demands of the transaction.

A background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of industrial properties is required. Partnership and joint venture experience is a definite plus. AIA and other construction and design contract experience is also desirable. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
