We are seeking a tax associate to join our public finance/tax credit practice. Our public finance/tax credit tax attorneys advise on all aspects related to tax-bonds as well as low income, new markets and/or historic tax credits. Exposure to income and federal tax issues faced by tax exempt organizations, partnerships and an LL.M. are a plus. Strong analytical writing skills and exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills that evidence an ability to function smoothly in a team environment and to work well with outside counsel are required. Superior academic credentials and full-time law firm experience are required.
