Our nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services Group seeks to hire a regulatory/compliance associate in our Philadelphia, New York or Washington, D.C. office to help service our thriving regulatory practice. Ideally, candidates will have 4-5 years of non-mortgage experience in this area, such as experience with the Truth in Lending Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act, as well as federal and state laws governing usury and unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices.
